Print manifests

List gives one page per designer, for working the booths at Market. One page per item gives a separate sheet for every piece, to staple to the canvas when it comes into the shop so nothing gets confused through finishing. Open, then print (Share → Print on a phone).

Reserved-inventory rule

1. Every canvas that comes in gets scanned into Shopify before it goes anywhere. The scan checks this tracker automatically and emails the team if it looks like a Market order.
2. If the tracker or the email says it's a Market order, it does not go on the wall. Put it in the Reserved bin with a slip: customer name, order #, date. Orders can hold several items, so check whether the rest are still coming before you call.
3. Mark that item Received here (the dropdown on the item, not the order). The order flips to Received on its own once every item has landed. Then call or text the customer and set the order to Notified.
4. Collect payment: pay when it arrives → collect at pickup or send a link before shipping; invoice → send from Shopify. Then mark the order Fulfilled.
5. Not sure whether it's a Market order? Search this tracker by designer before shelving. When in doubt, Reserved bin.
6. Card on file. Every request needs one before it counts as complete. The card is never charged for a normal order: the customer pays the invoice as usual. It is only charged, by hand, as a 50%-of-retail cancellation fee when someone backs out after we have already bought or ordered for them. Charging one asks for an amount and a reason and is recorded on the request.
7. Couldn't get it in hand at Market? Every item says what the customer chose on the form. "Order it, 50% deposit" means place the order and invoice the non-refundable deposit, which they already agreed to. "Cancel it" means tell them and close it out. Anything showing "not stated" pre-dates this form, so ring the customer. Filter the Orders tab to work each list.
8. Reserved bin gets reviewed every Friday. Anything held more than 30 days after Notified gets a second call, then goes back to the wall with the customer told.
